Touched

What should we do, if.... you got stuck in this moods :-


"TOUCHED"






Never let da negative toughts stay too long in your mind. Free it & let positive toughts enter. Well sometimes, people 'EZ'ly get touch. I dont say 'touching' is an unnecessary thing. 'Touching' is one of the natural thing born in human feelings BUT too much 'touching' is not relevent at all. Think about this.

'IF YOU DONT LIKE BEING SAD AT ALL THE TIME, THEN WHY HOLD TO IT?'



Its ok to get touch, just dont hold it too long. Not good to your life. So what should we do if emotional control us?




These are the steps:


1) Move to the 'crowd' place ( we cannot cry in front of THE HUMAN ! very embarracing la..)

2) Close your eyes, take a deep breath and open your eyes.

3) Talk to people about something else to cheer you up.

4) Go to toilet n cry.... ( ok ok kidding .. DO NOT TRYING THIS ! hahaha SKIP! )

5) Dont call someone you love ( if you call them, tears coming out easily. ahaha seyesli)

6) Listen to musics.. (rock musics!!)

7) be HAHAHAHA or HEEEEW ^___^ or TEEEHEEEE =D or..... simple words, JUST SMILE.




I believe, different people..get different ways to control their emotions. CLAP CHEST,ASK TASTE.. or.. in Malay : TEPUK DADA, TNY SELERA. ehehehehe




We have the right path to choose. cuma, pandai2 la pilih which situation we wanna be. do not harm yourself. kemon, we already big boy/girl.. mama kenot help us nemore. Sometimes, let experience teach us a lesson. When the situation comes again, we know wut to do edi... aite?







Different situations, comes with different ways to control. One thing we have to remember...
